oh-my-opencode: Meta-Harness Architecture

The mixed subagent hierarchy — agents-as-tools (Prometheus→Atlas) + worktree (Atlas→Junior) — is the design decision no other harness makes. Per-agent model assignment: strong for planning, cheap for execution.
